Two cheese balls. Bacon Almond and Pineapple Walnut. I always make both at the same time because they make such a pretty site and they are both delicious.
Bacon Almond Cheeseball
Fry your bacon nice and crisp.
Mix together all ingredients except almonds.
Mix well, cover and refrigerate for a few hours. **The longer it’s refrigerated the easier it will be to form.
Roast almond on a cookie sheet in a 300 degree oven for 10 minutes.
Layout some almonds…..it’s easier to spoon the cheese mixture on top of almonds and then cover the remaining pinecone.
Form cheese mixture into a pinecone and cover with almonds.
Pineapple Walnut Cheeseball
Mix all ingredients except for walnuts.
Cover and refrigerate for a few hours. As stated above, it will be much easier to form the cheese ball if it is chilled.
Chop the walnuts and spoon the cheese mixture into center of nuts.
Form into a ball covering with more walnuts if needed.
Garnish with walnut half and diced green peppers.
