Here is something for a chilly night when you want something wonderful to warm everyone up. I remember when Stove Top Stuffing arrived on the scene. It was a game changer. Suddenly it became everyone’s favorite side dish. One of the greatest inventions of the twentieth century.
This dish is pretty easy to throw together. Cooking the pasta shells and preparing the stuffing isn’t too involved. And if you have some rotisserie chicken on hand it’s a bonus.
Back in the day this was made with mayonnaise but we have updated it by using Greek yogurt.
We kept the cream of chicken in the sauce just for the easiness factor. The whole point is to be able to throw this together and enjoy!
Mix the chicken, stuffing and yogurt together.
Fill the shells and place them in the baking dish.
Heat the cream of chicken and milk together in a saucepan and pour over shells.
Cover with grated cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
ENJOY!

So sorry! That is supposed to say 1 CUP milk. We have edited it.
can you use something else besides yogurt in this recipe like sour cream
Yes, you could, but we prefer mayonnaise as a substitute.
