This is one of the BEST salads I have ever tasted! Wherever we go, it always becomes a favorite for everyone who tries it.

This is a recipe I grew up with. It’s something my mom, Colleen Mott used to make. The combination of the four ingredients; broccoli, grapes, onion and cashews is INCREDIBLE. And then the DRESSING! It brings it all together.

Cut up some nice, fresh broccoli and add in your diced onions. It is a major debate at our house as to how many onions should go in. My husband likes a TON. I like a LOT. Some of our kids like NONE. So, do what you will.

Add in your slice grapes and cashews and stir it all up.
The dressing is very much like a coleslaw dressing, made with mayonnaise, honey or sugar, lemon juice and vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.

It is seriously TASTY and delicious!
