This fabulous burger hales from the great state of Minnesota!
There are a couple of things that make this burger so delicious.
First, it is imperative to use a high fat ground beef. This isn’t the time to go low-fat. I use an 80/20 mix.
Season well with Worcestershire sauce and salt & pepper, and throw cheese in the middle. Mmmm mmm GOOD.

Make sure to have plenty of napkins handy!
Mix the ground beef and seasonings and divide into 4 pieces.

Split in half and form a thin patty. Cut the cheese slices into 4ths and place a stack of 4 small squares in the center
Form another patty and place over the cheese.

Cook on a medium hot grill for about 4 minutes.

Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
Serve hot with all the toppings!
