I have made this dinner since I was a newlywed and it is still one of the best things I make. It has become a family staple and we LOVE it. It’s a fabulous family dinner but also great for company!

These meatballs are PERFECTION and I use this same recipe for basic meatballs, just removing the ground ginger.

In the past I have used ground beef, but now I use ground turkey. I don’t like ground chicken for these….it cooks too densely.

Just mix everything together and form meatballs. The mixture is sticky so rinse hands regularly to prevent sticking.

Form into balls and cook for 30 minutes and they are done!

THIS SAUCE!!!! It is the absolute BEST!

I always whip some up to serve with egg rolls. This sauce is EVERYTHING!

Add in the pineapple and green pepper.

Spoon over hot rice and eat up!

ENJOY!
