This is my answer to Thanksgiving leftovers.

Several years ago in the middle of Thanksgiving cleanup, I hit a wall. I had nothing left in me to neatly pack away the leftovers.

So I grabbed a casserole dish and spread the leftover mashed potatoes across the bottom.

I then covered the potatoes with a layer of cut up Turkey.

Salt and pepper well.

I covered that with a generous amount of gravy.

And then topped it all off with leftover stuffing.

I just cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.

Remove foil or wrap, bake at 350 degrees 40-45 minutes until hot in center. Sometimes we just scoop out cold onto a plate and microwave.

My family loves this so much that they ask for it throughout the year. I just replace the turkey with rotisserie chicken and turkey gravy packets.

Simple and delicious!
