Tator tots + Nachos = TOTCHOS!!! And they are SO GOOD! Better yet, they are fast and easy! STORE TO TABLE! And don’t we all need that in our lives?

Tator Tots are a creation of the Ore-Ida Company in the early 1950s. I grew up in the Northwest and these were our jam as kids.

Totchos, on the other hand, are fairly new on the scene. They first appeared at Oaks Bottom Public House in Portland, Oregon in 2006. If you are a true Oregonian you top them with Tillamook cheese!

Here’s what you need for fast and easy, store to table.

Throw your tots in the oven (or air fryer!), cook the hamburger and throw in some taco seasoning.

Heat up the cheese and set out your favorite toppings and you are ready to go!

Start with the tots and go from there.

Top it off with sour cream and dig in!
