Ingredients

box cake mix
Chocolate cake mix
**Make and bake according to box directions in a 9x13" pan. Cool completely.

chocolate pudding, instant

cups
milk
¼
tsp
mint extract
2
cups
whipping cream + 2T cream cheese, ¼ cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla
**can substitute cool whip
chocolate syrup
crushed peppermint candy
Instructions
Using the handle of a wooden spoon poke holes all over the cooled cake.
Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix, milk and mint extract.
Pour the pudding over the cake. Use a rubber spatula to spread and gently push into all the holes.
Whip the cream until stiff.
Spread the whipped cream (or cool whip) over the cake.
Drizzle chocolate syrup over the whipped cream. Use a butter knife or a skewer to swirl through the chocolate.
Sprinkle the top with crushed candy cane.
Keep refrigerated.
