Jerk Wings with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • Tbsp thyme
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp allspice
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning **or any Jerk or Caribbean seasoning
  • tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Sriracha **or your favorite hot pepper sauce
  • ¼ cup baking powder

Dipping Sauce

  • ½ cup chopped green onion
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Place chicken wings in a non-metal bowl.
  • Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over the chicken wings. Mix until all the wings are evenly covered. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • Cover to large baking sheets with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray.
  • Spread the wings evenly onto both pans.
  • Cook for 35 minutes, Remove from oven and flip each one over.
    Return to oven and back another 20-30 minutes until fully cooked and crispy on the outside.
  • Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Dipping Sauce

  • Whisk ingredients together. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
