Easy Apple Cake
A delicious crust made with a cake mix, apple pie filling and topped with crumble. Fast and easy!
Ingredients
- 1 cake mix, yellow or white
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup oil *I use canola
- 1 21 ounce apple pie filling
Crumble Top
- ¾ cup flour
- ¾ cup oats *old fashioned or quick
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
Glaze
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1½-3 tsp milk
- ¼ tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pour the cake mix into a mixing bowl and stir in cinnamon.
- Stir in Greek yogurt, eggs and oil.
- Spread evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Spoon apple pie filling over the batter.
- Mix the crumble top and sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Whisk glaze until smooth. Add more powdered sugar if it's too thin. Drizzle over cake.
