Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
Heat 1½ Tbsp sesame oil in large skillet.
Add cabbage and red pepper. Cook and stir for a couple of minutes.
Add mushrooms and green onions. Continue to cook and stir until cabbage is cooked to tender crisp. Set aside.
Thinly slice steak and cut into bitesize pieces.
In another skillet heat 1½ Tbsp sesame oil.
When hot, add the steak pieces. Spread evenly and allow to cook without stirring for 2 minutes. Stir and cook until meat is browned. Remove from heat.
Make sauce by placing all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Set aside.
Return the skillet of vegetables to heat and add in the steak pieces, noodles, cilantro and sauce. Mix with tongs and heat through.
Sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds to serve.
