1cupcake flour***OR measure 1 cup of flour. Remove 2T flour and add 2T of corn starch. Mix together.

2cupschocolate chips or chunks***Levains uses milk chocolate chips. I used 1 cup semi sweet + 1 cup dark chocolate chunks.
2cupswalnuts, roughly chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Cover 2 baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking sheet.
Use beaters to mix together the butter and sugars just until butter is incorporated.
Add eggs and beat on medium for 30 seconds.
Stir in dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips and walnuts.
Divide into 8 pieces and form into balls. Place 4 on each baking sheet. Bake for 9 minutes. Cool on rack.***You can make cookies smaller by cutting each dough ball into half, making 16 cookies. Bake for 8 minutes.
