cabbage, chopped small
**½ a medium head of cabbage

red onion, minced

Roma tomatoes, chopped

pickled jalapeños, chopped
**choose your heat level!

tsp
minced garlic

Tbsp
lime juice, fresh if possible
**about 2 limes

Tbsp
jalapeño juice
**from the jar

Tbsp
white vinegar
3
tsp
kosher salt

tsp
sugar
Instructions
Mix everything together in a large bowl.
Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips and bean dip if desired.
