Ingredients

12 ounce
hard salami, cracker cut
**about the size of a Ritz cracker
1
8 ounce
cream cheese
1
small jar
green olives stuffed with pimento
Instructions
Use a butter knife to spread cream cheese on a piece of salami. Continue and stack on top of each other using a total of 5 slices of salami.
Gently squeeze and turn each stack ensuring that the cream cheese is evenly distributed.
Chill until the cream cheese is firm. Use a sharp knife and cut each stack into 4 wedges.
Add a green olive on top and skewer with a wooden toothpick.
Store in refrigerator when not serving.
