16 ounce pkgraspberry jello***to cut recipe in half, measure out 6T of raspberry jello
2cupsfresh blueberries
2cupsfresh raspberries
2cupsfresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
Gently rinse berries and allow to drain on paper towels. Slice strawberries.
In large saucepan or pot, whisk together the sugar, cornstarch and water.
Place over high heat. Whisk until mixture comes to a boil. Turn heat to medium and continue to cook and stir another 1-2 minutes until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and whisk in the Jello. Stir until dissolved.
Stir in the fresh berries and pour into Graham cracker crusts.
Lay parchment or wax paper over the top of pies and refrigerate fo 2-3 hours.
Serve with fresh whipped cream or cool whip.
