I love cookie bars. They are so fast and easy. These Reese’s Peanut Butter Bars are cookie bar heaven.
The packaged cookie mix makes a perfect base.
Stir in butter and an egg…
…and then add a little oatmeal.
Remove a little for the topping and press the rest into the bottom of the pan.
Then melt the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter together in a saucepan.
Spread over the cookie base.
Break the leftover cookie dough over the top. Cut the mini PB cups in half and spread them around.
Bake until the center is set, Let cool and cut up!
ENJOY!
