We LOVE Chickie Chickie Parm Parm! (As Tom Haverford from Parks & Rec would say.) We love to call it that as well. It is so fun to say.

This can be made by breading and cooking the chicken yourself, then making homemade marinara to go on top. OR this can be fast and easy convenient dinner! Honestly, I prefer plain raw chicken tenders that I season and prep myself, but for a busy night this is a GREAT option!

This is our first Store to Table post. We are excited to share our fast and easy dinner ideas, that are convenience food with a little prep, so it still feels like a homecooked meal.

These are meals that start off with items I try to keep on hand. For example, I may not always have fresh mozzarella on hand, but I try to have shredded mozzarella on hand to use in many things. I have certain things from Costco that I try to always have. Each of these ingredients can be used for other meals as well.

Bake the chicken according to the package.

If you need to make it GLUTEN FREE then use plain chicken tenders. Season them with a little garlic seasoning, and cook in a fry pan with a little olive oil to brown all the sides. Later when you bake the chicken with the sauce and cheese, bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees to ensure the chicken is fully cooked.

Pour the sauce over the baked chicken strips. Then place the fresh mozzarella slices, trying to place them straight on top of the chicken pieces. You can also sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top.

Bake until the cheese is melted. About 10 minutes.

Cook the pasta while the chicken is baking. Use any pasta you have on hand. We prefer Spaghetti for this meal.

Make sure to use GLUTEN FREE pasta if needed.

Side dishes for this meal are also Store to Table. A salad kit, fresh or frozen veggies and garlic bread.
