Good party dips are the best and so easy to throw together. This one has all the best goodies in one place! Sharp cheddar, bacon and almonds! YUM!
I like to serve this up with fruit for a light lunch. Delicious.
So simple…mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add sharp cheddar cheese, green onions, hot sauce and onion powder.
And for the best part add crispy crumbled bacon and toasted almonds.
Mix together and spoon into a serving dish. Top with additional cheese, onions, almonds and bacon.
Serve with lots of crackers and it’s good to go! ENJOY!
Millionaire Dip AKA Neiman Marcus Dip

Ingredients
- 1½ cups mayonnaise
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded *save a little for topping
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced *save a little for topping
- ½ tsp tabasco sauce *or any hot sauce
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled *save a little for topping
- ½ cup toasted almond slices *save a little for topping **toast on cookie sheet at 350° for 5 minutes
Instructions
- Use a mixer to whip the cream cheese and mayonnaise together until creamy.
- Add in the grated cheese, green onions, hot sauce and onion powder. Mix together.
- Add crumbled bacon and toasted almonds. Mix well.
- Spoon into serving bowl and spread evenly. Top with shredded cheese, green onions, almonds and bacon.Serve with assorted crackers.
