I don’t know who created Snicker’s Salad but I think they must have quite the imagination!
What an idea! It seems to be quite a favorite in some circles and always a favorite at any party or potluck.
It’s very simple. Start by whipping heavy cream with powdered sugar until pretty stiff.
Whip a box of instant vanilla pudding with some milk and then add in the whipped cream.
Gently fold into the pudding.
Now cut up the apples…
…and Snickers bars and mix it all together!
Add some caramel and you are set!

Snickers Salad
This is a creamy confection with apples and snickers bars drizzled with caramel. Delicious! @mostdeliciouslife.com
Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream **can substitute 8 oz Cool Whip for whipping cream & powdered sugar
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding
- ¾ cup milk
- 6 medium apples **I use Granny Smith
- 6 regular Snickers candy bars
- Caramel syrup
Instructions
- Whip the cream together with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In a large bowl whisk the pudding and milk together until smooth.
- Add in the whipping cream and fold together.
- Core and chop apples. Add to cream mixture.
- Chop the Snicker's bars. Set aside about ¾ cup and stir in the remaining Snickers bars.
- Drizzle the top with caramel sauce and top with remaining Snicker's bars.
