It has been HOT lately. Hotter than usual and we know that it is not just hot here but record breaking heat everywhere! The problem is that there are many celebrations and parties all summer long and we need yummy desserts! Here we have listed all our family favorite NO BAKE summer desserts that are perfect for your next barbecue or party. **Disclaimer: These desserts are MOSTLY No Bake. A few need a little baking for the crust or custard.

First up is Peaches & Cream Dessert.

Fresh peaches over a graham cracker crumble and then the SECRET, most special layer, sweetened condensed milk mixed with lemon juice. Top it with sweetened whipped cream and more graham cracker crumble. Chill before serving. SO SIMPLE and yet SO delicious! Make Peaches & Cream Dessert soon!

If you are interested in something with chocolate, then try out Turtle Cream Dessert.

We love a good turtle chocolate. This dessert has pecans, chocolate and caramel of course! It also has whipped cream and cream cheese! This is light and delicious.

OK, so this one does bake the crust at 350 degrees for 15 minutes only. It is a great idea to prep the crust at night when it is not too hot out. Let it sit out and cool till morning before finishing the assembly. We had this at our family Fourth of July barbecue this year and everyone knew it would be good but was surprised at how good!

Raspberry Cream Pie is so pretty to look at! It is perfect for all the Summertime holidays with this gorgeous color and fantastic flavor!

The first time my mom made this was for a Memorial Day Picnic. My brother immediately claimed the whole pie as his own after one delicious bite.

Strawberries & Cream Bars are my personal favorite! I miss the days of being able to go out at pick strawberries and bring them home for baking. This is one of the first things I would always make during strawberry season.

The crust needs to bake for just 20 minutes. Do it after sundown then the crust can cool over night, or you can finish it all and chill it overnight.

Banoffee Pie is a treat we’ve inherited from Great Britian. This dessert is so delicious that my 14 year old son asks for it all the time and it was this “Birthday cake” this year. Again, the crust on this does need a quick bake, just for 15 minutes.

Raspberry Swirl is 100% NO BAKE! In fact it requires freezer space, NOT oven space. My husband was lucky enough to grow up eating this yummy, frozen treat all summer long. Him mom made it all the time.

I have so many good memories of sitting around on a nice summer evening, talking and laughing while eating some Raspberry Swirl.

Lemon Bisque is an old vintage recipe that has many different names. Lemon fluff, lemon whip, lemon cloud etc. It is made by whipping up chilled evaporated milk like whipped cream. Back in the day evaporated milk was more available than real milk or cream and this dessert was super popular in the 1950’s. It is the perfect Summertime dessert!

Atlantic Beach Pie is technically NOT a no bake dessert, but we still wanted to add it in here because the crust bakes for 15ish minutes and then it bakes again with the filling for another 15ish minutes. So make it after the sun goes down and then put it into the refrigerator to chill. TOTALLY worth it! It is a BIG HIT every time we make it.

Summer Berry Pie totally hits the spot! This filling is enough for two graham cracker crusts, that you can buy or make from scratch. Either way, this one is a crowd pleaser.

Ice Cream Dessert with Raspberry Sauce was one of my Grandma Mott’s specialty desserts that was always made for bridal and baby showers she was hosting and other nice occasions. It is SO good, yet easy to make and definitely feels fancy!

Just like my grandma, I remember my mom making this for so many different events she was in charge of. It seriously tastes like something you would order for dessert at a fancy restaurant.

Banana Cream Pie is another favorite from my Grandma Mott. I always think of her when I make it. Growing up it was my favorite cream pie. Now it is one that my boys often request.

My grandpa was the General Manager of the restaurant Frontier Pies as I was growing up. My grandma worked by his side developing recipes and training all the pie makers. I love to think that in same way we are carrying on her legacy.

Dirt Cake is a great NO Bake Dessert that I love to make when lots of kids will be coming to the party. They love it! Make it fun by serving it in a pot with some faux flowers or turn it into a graveyard in a 9×13 pan.

This is a down and dirty, EASY Ice Cream Cake that the kids love to help make and share with their friends or cousins. All you need is FOUR Ingredients!

Now go forth and try to stay cool while enjoying all the yumminess that Summertime can bring! If you are hungry for more recipes check out these!
